Ethical Investing

Some clients are particularly interested in ethical investing. This may mean for instance wishing to ensure that their investment does not propagate any opportunity to damage animal welfare or perhaps be involved in investing in any companies that manufacture supply or sell arms and ammunition et cetera. Equally some clients are keen to ensure that their investment does not seek to benefit the tobacco industry.
We do have a portfolio that we use for this purpose which we have carefully researched but individual requirements may mean that such a portfolio needs some adjustment.

It should be remembered that we regard ethical investing as potentially higher risk as the range of investments is by definition limited.
